Customer Service – It’s not just a week
Any business owner will tell you, “You’re only as good as the people around you.” I am fortunate to say that our staff is good, really good. I can brag all day long about our low turnover; our dedicated front line staff that shows up physically and mentally prepared to serve customers; and our systems group that makes our technology hum. Customer Service Week is designed to honor them, we applaud them every single day.
We hire people that have an aptitude for service, which is something that we measure as well as reward. Training is a big part of our obligation to our staff and it goes beyond systems and product. We also train on industry knowledge because that is what makes an Active TeleSource employee able to better serve our clients and their customers.
Customer Service Week will be over soon but the importance of fostering a culture of service goes well beyond a few days each year.
